Why now

A painful, recurring problem with a subscription answer.

A massive, recurring pain

Los Angeles issues millions of parking citations a year, and street sweeping runs on a fixed weekly schedule — the same drivers get hit again and again.

Recurring revenue by design

Subscription-only plans ($49–$149/month) with predictable weekly demand baked into the city’s sweeping calendar.

A hardware anchor

The SwapBox™ smart lockbox makes moves hands-off: time-limited, GPS-gated key access, every open logged. It anchors retention and gates the service.

Built to expand

The playbook — sweeping schedules, vetted drivers, legal-spot routing — maps to every dense, permit-parked city in the country.

The product

An app, a smart lockbox, and a vetted driver network.

The app

Customers add a vehicle and schedule moves in minutes. The app monitors posted street-sweeping restrictions on their block, dispatches a vetted driver, streams the move live on a map, and closes every job with timestamped photos and a GPS pin of the new legal spot.

The SwapBox™

Our Bluetooth smart lockbox holds the customer’s key. Drivers receive a server-minted, time-limited passcode that only works near the car — every open is logged. One-time device purchase, managed entirely in-app: lock, unlock, passcodes, battery.

Built for LA first

Los Angeles is the hardest parking market in the country — dense permit-parked blocks swept on a fixed weekly calendar. The same playbook (restriction data, vetted drivers, legal-spot routing) maps to every major US city with posted sweeping and permit zones.
